Why we process information
We process enquiry and order information to take steps you request before a purchase, perform the agreed transaction, provide support and meet invoicing, accounting, consumer-protection and other legal obligations. This site uses Contentsquare for experience measurement. WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and other external links also operate under their respective providers’ terms. Hosting, communications, delivery and professional-service providers may receive information where needed to complete an enquiry or order.

Consent and browser controls
The site sends denied analytics and advertising-storage defaults for visitors identified in the EEA, UK, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland, and granted defaults elsewhere. The current site does not provide an on-page preference panel. You can block or delete cookies with your browser or privacy tools, and you can contact us to withdraw consent for direct marketing. Blocking storage may reduce measurement but should not prevent you from viewing products or contacting us.

Retention and your choices
Enquiry records are kept while the enquiry and reasonable follow-up remain active. Order, invoice, warranty and support records are retained for the applicable transaction, warranty, dispute and legal record-keeping periods. Analytics and advertising data follow the retention controls configured in the relevant provider. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to legal and transaction requirements.
Subject to applicable law, you may ask for information about processing and request access, correction, deletion, restriction, cessation or a portable copy of eligible personal data. You may also object or raise a concern. Email us with enough detail to identify the relevant interaction; we may need to verify identity.
