UAE delivery coverage
We deliver to Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. Collection from our Bur Dubai location may also be arranged after stock is confirmed.

Timing and delivery charges
A sales representative confirms stock, the delivery address, any delivery charge and the expected delivery window before your order is finalized. Same-day delivery may be available in Dubai depending on stock, order time, destination and product size; it is not guaranteed until confirmed in writing.
Large projector screens, project quantities, restricted-access buildings and installations may require a separate schedule or quotation. Ask for the confirmed delivery terms in writing when finalizing the order.

When your order arrives
- Check the product name, quantity and visible package condition before accepting delivery where practical.
- Report a missing, incorrect or visibly damaged item promptly and keep the packaging, invoice and photographs while we review it.
- Do not install or materially alter an incorrect or damaged item before contacting us.
